About the role

As a Strategy& Deals Tech Strategy AI & Tech Value Creation Senior Manager at PwC, you will guide clients through complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring initiatives. You will leverage market insights and technology expertise to develop strategic frameworks that maximize deal value and support informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory projects in M&A, divestitures and restructuring to deliver client value.
• Analyse market trends and assess business opportunities to shape client strategies.
• Develop and communicate holistic strategic frameworks and risk‑opportunity analyses.
• Coach and motivate diverse teams, fostering inclusive, high‑performing environments.
• Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback and adjust recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in fields such as Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Law, Mathematics, Operations or Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and make sound judgments under ambiguity.
