About the role

PwC is seeking a Strategy& Deals Strategy Private Equity Senior Associate to support clients through mergers, acquisitions, and partnership initiatives. The position focuses on delivering strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services to help clients achieve sustainable growth in a dynamic market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform competitive and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Build financial models to assess deal structures and outcomes.
• Collaborate with corporate development teams on value‑creation initiatives.
• Lead post‑merger integration efforts, aligning systems, processes, and cultures.
• Utilize scenario analysis to anticipate risks and optimize planning.
• Support clients in navigating complex deal strategies and maximizing transaction value.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed an MBA.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Final‑year MBA candidates are preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to handle ambiguity.
