Strategy & Deals Senior Associate – Summer/Fall 2027

About the role

As a Strategy& Deals Strategy Senior Associate, you will support clients through mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Based in our Advisory practice, you will combine strategic advice, due‑diligence and valuation expertise to help clients create and capture value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop acquisition strategies and evaluate business plans to support client growth initiatives.
• Conduct competitive and industry trend analyses to identify market opportunities and risks.
• Perform financial due‑diligence, financial statement analysis and build financial models to inform decision‑making.
• Support post‑merger integration efforts to maximize value creation.
• Collaborate with corporate development teams to structure deals and optimise transaction terms.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative project environment.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed an MBA.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Final‑year MBA candidates are preferred.
