About the role

As a Strategy& Deals Rapid Value Delivery Industrials Director at PwC, you will advise clients on high‑impact transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. You will translate market insights into actionable strategies, guide complex deal execution and nurture executive‑level relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across M&A, divestitures and restructuring projects to maximize client value.
• Analyse market trends and business opportunities, creating frameworks that support informed decision‑making.
• Identify risks and opportunities within complex transactions and develop mitigation plans.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, making strategic choices that drive change and system‑level improvements.
• Mentor emerging leaders and foster a collaborative, technology‑enabled environment.
• Collaborate across the PwC network to leverage collective expertise and enhance client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience in deal strategy, consulting or related fields.
• Strong commercial mindset with a commitment to quality, integrity and inclusion.
