About the role

As a Strategy& Deals Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) TMT Manager, you will advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks that guide informed deal decisions. The role combines client leadership, team mentorship, and delivery of high‑quality advisory services.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
