Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in professional services or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated learning agility and change‑orientation.
