Strategy Consulting Manager – Health Services (Payor/Provider)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Strategy Consulting Manager to join its Strategy& Health Services practice, focusing on payor and provider clients. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape strategic direction, identify growth opportunities, and drive operational improvements for healthcare organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategy projects, including planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Analyse market trends, competitive dynamics and regulatory drivers to inform client recommendations.
• Partner with team leadership to ensure quality, timelines and deliverables meet client expectations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, leveraging their strengths and fostering professional development.
• Engage in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.
• Uphold PwC’s professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in professional services or corporate strategy roles.
• Proven ability to analyse complex systems and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
