About the role

As a Manager in Strategy&'s Business Model Reinvention practice, you will guide organisations through strategic transformation, helping them identify growth opportunities, optimise operations and align their business models with market dynamics. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑impact recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends and assess client performance to develop strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients to uncover growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead project teams in designing and implementing business‑model transformation initiatives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic planning.
• Provide coaching, feedback and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Manage client relationships and ensure project delivery meets quality standards.
• Drive adoption of innovative tools and technologies to enhance consulting delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in professional services or strategy consulting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex client engagements.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on business transformation.
