Strategy Consultant - AI Training (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI learning environments. This remote, freelance position involves translating real consulting engagements into structured tasks that train advanced language models to reason like top‑tier consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design discrete, structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and benchmarking.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at a top‑tier strategy firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical work plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office tools for data analysis and presentation.
