Strategic Sourcing Manager

About the role

Lyra Health is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead end‑to‑end sourcing and procurement operations for mid‑tier contracts. You will own the negotiation lifecycle for $25k‑$250k deals, manage daily procurement processes, and drive the digital transformation of the intake‑to‑pay platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for SaaS, technology, marketing, consulting and professional services contracts.
• Negotiate contract terms to maximize commercial leverage while protecting margins.
• Project‑manage the implementation of the Intake‑to‑Pay (P2P) platform, coordinating with IT, Legal and Finance.
• Administer and optimise fintech and procurement tools such as Navan and Brex.
• Analyse spend data in Excel, identify trends, prevent unwanted auto‑renewals and support the Zero‑Based Budgeting process.
• Collaborate with Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, AI, Tech and FP&A to ensure automated, compliant intake requirements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement operations or supply‑chain management, preferably in a high‑growth tech or healthcare environment.
• Proven track record negotiating mid‑tier technology, marketing, consulting and professional services contracts.
• Hands‑on experience with modern P2P and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools; prior involvement in a P2P implementation is a strong plus.
