About the role
Join Applied Materials as a Strategic Planning & Program Portfolio Manager within the Joint Operations Leadership Team (JOLT). You will shape operational strategy, drive strategic initiatives and support senior leadership in a fast‑moving semiconductor environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage JOLT annual strategic planning, reviews, quarterly business reviews and senior leader forums.
- Develop and own strategic program trackers, scorecards and dashboards for performance visibility.
- Deploy AI‑enabled PMO tools and workflows to deliver executive insights and accelerate execution.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, BU operations, AGS operations and Global Quality to identify functional connections and initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate JOLT executive reviews and governance forums, ensuring clear action tracking and accountability.
- Conduct strategic analysis and research on the semiconductor industry, emerging technologies and trends to inform executive decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong self‑motivation and problem‑solving ability.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.
- Advanced AI fluency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
