Strategic Partnerships Operations Manager

About the role

Tinder is building a new way for members to meet in person through its Events program. The Strategic Partnerships Operations Manager will own the operational backbone that enables scalable partner growth and ensures a high‑quality event marketplace on the Tinder platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end operational processes for the Events program, supporting expansion into new markets.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle for event host partnerships, including approvals, payment processing, and record‑keeping.
• Act as the primary operational liaison for key event hosts, proactively identifying risks and driving renewal strategies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Business Development, Product, Legal, Finance and external partners to align priorities and deliver operational excellence.
• Develop scalable solutions and operating models that improve efficiency and support rapid business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational strategy and execution in a fast‑moving, partnership‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to work across multiple functions and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and scalability.
• Experience managing contracts and partner relationships at a senior level.
