Strategic Commercial Director – Pharma/Life Sciences

About the role

PwC is seeking a Strategic Commercial Director to lead executive‑level perspectives for priority clients in the pharma and life‑sciences sector. The role sits within Internal Firm Services and works closely with C‑suite leaders to integrate industry trends, capital‑allocation decisions and growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior leaders by representing their viewpoints in meetings and anticipating future needs.
• Organise leadership team calls, meetings and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
• Oversee research, data analysis and the development of structured, value‑oriented points of view.
• Promote consistent execution across sectors and drive technology adoption for sales and delivery.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable plans that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
• Mentor emerging leaders, uphold PwC’s reputation and foster an inclusive working environment.
• Collaborate across the PwC network to leverage collective strengths and address market gaps.
