Strategic Account Manager

About the role

As a Strategic Account Manager at Chainalysis, you will drive revenue growth by helping U.S. public‑sector customers achieve their most critical missions. You will serve as the strategic anchor within a dedicated account pod, linking technical software adoption, data utilization, and long‑term account expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the engine for account renewal and expansion, measuring software and data utilization and building business cases for new use cases.
• Partner with Account Executives to co‑lead growth strategy and develop strategic account plans.
• Identify mission gaps, uncover unsolved challenges such as illicit crypto tracking, and propose new services.
• Manage implementation and usage of Chainalysis products, ensuring alignment with customer missions, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead the end‑to‑end renewal lifecycle, coordinating quotes, contracting, and budgeting timelines.

Required profile

• Deep fluency in U.S. public‑sector agencies, especially DHS (HSI, CBP, Secret Service) and DoD.
• Proven track record aligning software capabilities with national‑security missions.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement cycles, command structures, and forensic intelligence use.
• Consultative, revenue‑focused mindset with ability to build compelling business cases.
