About the role
Kelly is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Director to lead education staffing initiatives in Volusia County, FL. You will build and nurture high‑level relationships with school leaders while driving operational excellence across the temporary workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and advance strategic relationships with principals, administrators, superintendents, board members, and other end users.
- Identify and implement process improvements that boost speed, productivity, efficiency, cost savings, and customer experience.
- Oversee a team managing the temporary workforce, including turnover, coaching, counseling, terminations, co‑employment issues, and sexual harassment investigations.
- Travel locally up to 30% for hiring events, recruiting, school visits, and talent activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of high‑level client account management, team leadership, and operations experience in staffing, HR, or a related industry.
- At least 5 years of direct people‑leadership experience.
- Proven ability to create and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Experience managing P&L and a deep operational understanding of the full supply chain.

- Base salary range $120,000 – $160,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
