Storm Restoration Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join a fast‑growing roofing company as Storm Restoration Sales Consultants. You will work directly with homeowners who have experienced hail, wind, or severe weather damage, guiding them through the restoration process and helping them make informed roofing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess storm‑related roof or exterior damage and educate them on restoration options.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, project managers, and internal teams to navigate the insurance restoration process.
• Present proposals, explain project scope and pricing, and close sales while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a competitive, goal‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, and follow‑up skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work outdoors, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to quickly learn roofing products, storm‑restoration processes, and insurance procedures.
• Previous experience in roofing, home improvement, construction, insurance restoration, in‑home sales, or other commission‑based roles is preferred.
