About the role

As a Store Supervisor at Vans, you will support the leadership team in delivering an exceptional, brand‑aligned customer experience at the Tanger Outlets location in Charleston. You will coach associates, oversee daily operations, and help drive sales while fostering an inclusive, energetic store culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service and model selling behaviours.
• Coach and develop team members to meet productivity and engagement goals.
• Supervise opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Manage stockroom activities, including inventory organization, shipment processing, and product flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through proper receiving, shipping, and loss‑prevention practices.
• Participate in local community initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
