Store Supervisor – Sawgrass Mills Mall

About the role

Levi's is seeking a Store Supervisor to join the management team at the Sawgrass Mills Mall location in Sunrise, FL. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence while upholding the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and inclusivity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor, and develop store associates to improve performance and engagement.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment that delivers outstanding customer service.
• Adhere to all Levi's policies, procedures, and program requirements.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and motivate team members.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
