Store Supervisor – Nebraska Crossing Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor for its Nebraska Crossing outlet in Gretna, NE. You will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor associate teams, providing day‑to‑day guidance and feedback.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Uphold Levi’s brand policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop store associates.
• Reliability – own reliable transportation and be able to work flexible hours.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, climb ladders, and move around the store continuously.
• Must be 18 years or older.
