About the role

Join Ross, a leading off‑price retail chain, as a Store Manager and lead the daily operations of a high‑traffic store. You will be responsible for delivering sales and profit targets while creating a welcoming, treasure‑hunt shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store functions, including stockroom, front end, and sales floor, ensuring merchandise is received and displayed efficiently.
• Analyze store reports to control expenses, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions with the District Manager.
• Manage payroll administration, associate scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop assistant managers, area supervisors, and sales associates.
• Drive employee retention through incentive programs, recognition, and continuous training.
