Store Manager – Retail Leadership at Sugarloaf Mills

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Levi’s® boutique at Sugarloaf Mills in Lawrenceville, GA. You will shape the customer experience, drive sales, and mentor a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service and brand experience.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Recruit, train, empower, and retain a strong team of associates.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, visual merchandising, and overall store operations.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging shopping environment for all guests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail.
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and the apparel industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and lead by example.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, and ladder work.
