Store Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

Panda Express is seeking an experienced leader to manage a single restaurant location. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Hire, train, schedule, and lead associates to meet performance targets.
• Achieve financial goals such as sales, labor, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain a welcoming environment that delivers outstanding guest experiences.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work within a 50‑mile radius of the store.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for extended periods, and reach across counters.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, noisy kitchen environment.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Serve Safe certification (food safety).
