Store Manager – Opry Mills Retail Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Opry Mills location in Nashville, TN. Reporting to the District Manager, you will drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and create an inclusive shopping experience that reflects the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory management, payroll, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss‑prevention procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail apparel.
• Proven ability to achieve financial goals in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, and ladder work.
