Store Manager – Nashville

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Nashville location. Reporting to the District Manager, you will shape the customer experience, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence across all store functions.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach a consumer‑centric culture that delivers exceptional service.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
• Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, employee relations, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging shopping environment.

Required profile

• Passion for Levi's brand and the retail industry.
• Minimum 3 years of store management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform regular store duties.
