Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

Officine Générale is seeking an entrepreneurial Store Manager to lead its boutique in Palisades Village, Los Angeles. You will be the brand ambassador responsible for delivering an elevated client experience while driving sales and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Develop and execute clienteling strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure optimal store presentation.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory accuracy, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Build long‑term client relationships through personalized outreach and follow‑up.
• Engage with the local community to raise brand awareness and organize events.
