Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and foster an inclusive, customer‑focused environment. This role balances hands‑on work, team development, and strategic planning to ensure the store meets its financial and service goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and empower store teams to deliver an exceptional shopping experience aligned with company vision.
• Conduct weekly meetings to review performance, financial results, and training needs.
• Manage relationships with customers, vendors, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee fiscal budget, inventory, shrink, pricing, receiving, labor, and supply expenses.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, ordering, scheduling, and work planning.
• Delegate authority to department managers, coach them on KPIs, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, safety, and sanitation standards.
