Store Manager

About the role

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single restaurant location. You will be responsible for daily operations, staff leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage associate teams.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and guest service.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work within a 50‑mile radius of the store.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for extended periods, and work in a hot, noisy kitchen environment.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict‑resolution skills.

Required skills

• Serve Safe (Food Safety) certification.
