Store Manager – Houston Tanger Outlet

About the role

Marc Jacobs International is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Houston Tanger Outlet in Texas City, Texas. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, team development, visual presentation, and loss‑prevention compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and foster long‑term client relationships.
• Implement and oversee CRM initiatives and community‑engagement events.
• Partner with the visual merchandising team to maintain brand standards and adjust displays to boost sales.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate associates; manage onboarding and performance processes.
• Ensure a culture of inclusion where every employee feels valued.
• Manage daily operations, inventory accuracy, shrink control, budgeting, and loss‑prevention audits.

Required profile
