Store Manager – Edinburg Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Edinburg Outlets in Indiana. Reporting to the District Manager, you will shape the customer experience, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence across all store functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for customers and staff.
• Handle heavy lifting, moving merchandise, and occasional ladder work as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail.
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and a strong understanding of fashion retail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
