Store Attendant (Part‑Time)

About the role

The Store Attendant supports the Store Manager in delivering a high‑quality, profitable customer experience at Dakota Station. This part‑time position involves a mix of front‑of‑house service, inventory management, and store upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manager and lead cashier with checkout, merchandising, layout, inventory, bookkeeping and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold store policies.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock shelves, rotate products and ensure freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness of all store areas, including parking, restrooms and equipment.
• Operate and safely maintain store equipment.
• Maintain required food‑handler certification and any other mandated licenses.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic cash‑handling and math skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and courteous customer interaction.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand or walk up to ten hours per day.
• Pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
