Stop Loss Filing Coordinator

About the role

Point C, a national third‑party administrator, is looking for a detail‑oriented Stop Loss Filing Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end stop‑loss claims process. The role serves as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and stop‑loss carriers, ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit stop‑loss claims with supporting documentation, verifying eligibility and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and carriers to ensure complete and timely claim submissions.
• Maintain precise records of claim activity, correspondence, and documentation.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Executives on quote renewals and policy reviews.
• Generate monthly financial reports and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support internal audits.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or TPA environments, preferably with stop‑loss claims or underwriting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for internal and external correspondence.
• Ability to interpret complex policy language and reconcile information across documents.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
