Stock-Cycle Counter Clerk

About the role

Moog is seeking a detail‑oriented Stock‑Cycle Counter Clerk to join its logistics team in Murphy, NC. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting material flow across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, verifying counts and preparing material for inspection.
• Distribute materials to requesting departments and process inventory transactions.
• Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate balances in the LN system.
• Scan and file production documents, investigate discrepancies, and report findings to the Supervisor.
• Support receiving personnel and assist with other logistics duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with ability to follow verbal, written, and computer instructions in English.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb frequently and over 50 lb occasionally with assistance.
• Good eyesight, with or without corrective lenses.
