Stock Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Stock Clerk to join our Miami store. You will be responsible for keeping the sales floor stocked, organized, and safe while delivering friendly customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Retrieve, load, and unload products from the back room to store displays and shelves.
• Operate department equipment and tools safely to move merchandise.
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks and ensure accurate placement of items.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area free of safety hazards.
• Greet customers courteously, answer product‑location questions, and notify a manager when assistance is needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly, especially floor conditions.
• Document accidents or incidents according to store policy.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise throughout the store.
• Strong attention to safety and store policies.
• Positive attitude and willingness to wear the required uniform.
• Basic math skills for inventory handling.
