Stock Associate – Retail Stockroom

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Stock Associate to join its retail team in Orange, CA. The role involves managing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and keeping the stockroom organized to support store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into inventory systems.
• Organize stockroom by style, size, and color, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report inventory needs, damages, and donation items to store management.
• Perform daily replenishment of the sales floor and audit markdowns according to company guidelines.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives from management.

Required profile

• Ability to handle a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
• Basic literacy and numeracy to complete documentation and inventory counts.
• Collaborative attitude aligned with an inclusive company culture.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and ability to work varied shifts.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder use.
• Reliable transportation and a high school diploma or GED.
