Stock Associate – Morning Availability Required

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Stock Associate to join our retail team. The role focuses on maintaining an organized sales floor, supporting customer service, and ensuring smooth merchandise flow during morning shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments, unpack merchandise, and stock the sales floor according to planograms.
• Execute floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment tasks while maintaining visual standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow store cash‑handling procedures.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, promote the Red Tab Loyalty program, and resolve basic concerns.
• Collaborate with store management on inventory issues and elevated consumer situations.
• Maintain compliance with Levi’s store policies, safety standards, and loss‑prevention guidelines.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
