Statewide Family Services Coordinator

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Statewide Family Services Coordinator to lead the coordination of family support services across California’s Regional Network Hubs. This regionally based role bridges statewide strategy with local implementation, ensuring equitable, culturally responsive, and trauma‑informed assistance for immigrant families.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for Family Support Specialists, subgrantees, and community partners across the region.
• Coordinate delivery of family support and stabilization services, monitoring referral pathways and ensuring timely, equitable access.
• Translate statewide directives into regionally tailored implementation strategies while maintaining program fidelity.
• Develop and roll out tools, SOPs, and service protocols at the regional level.
• Provide hands‑on guidance, technical assistance, and performance monitoring to subgrantees and specialists.
• Identify capacity gaps and deliver targeted training, coaching, and problem‑solving support.

Required profile
