Stand Leader – Operations Manager for Coffee Stand

About the role

This full‑time hybrid position is the first step for a Stand Leader at Motley7Brew, overseeing a coffee‑drive‑thru location in Yakima. You will manage daily operations, lead a team, handle budgeting, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while supporting the company’s rapid expansion across the Northwest.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day store operations and maintain high service standards.
• Lead, coach, and schedule team members to achieve performance goals.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive profitability.
• Analyze sales and operational data to make informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations, team management, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical mindset for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Background in coffee, hospitality, or quick‑service restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus, though industry experience is valued more.
