About the role
Job Duck is seeking a Staffer Skills Facilitator to drive employee growth and development across the organization. You will lead initiatives that identify skill gaps, design training programs, and support team members in achieving their professional goals, directly influencing performance and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage personal development and performance improvement plans for employees.
- Support succession planning by identifying high‑potential talent and aligning development opportunities.
- Stay current on workforce development trends and integrate best practices.
- Promote a strong learning culture and encourage participation in development programs.
- Collaborate with trainers and content creators to ensure training materials meet skill requirements.
- Monitor training participation, engagement, and effectiveness, providing regular performance reports.
- Advise managers on training strategies based on performance feedback and gaps.
- Coordinate training schedules with department leaders to align with operational priorities.
- Maintain accurate training records and track progress on development initiatives.
- Conduct skills audits, training needs analysis, and gap assessments to identify development opportunities.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Skills Development.
- Experience conducting training needs analysis, skill audits, and performance evaluations.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
- Certification in Skills Development Facilitation or Adult Education is a plus.
