About the role
Endeavor AI builds the distribution layer for powerful AI models that power applications in legal, healthcare, finance and beyond. As a Staff Software Engineer you will accelerate the performance of our core platform, ensuring that key business cases run faster and more reliably.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in a complex, evolving code base.
- Design and implement robust database schemas to support new features.
- Improve overall code quality and maintainability across the stack.
- Develop full‑stack features from concept to production.
- Collaborate autonomously with product and engineering teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience designing database schemas and solving performance issues.
- Track record of improving code quality in large code bases.
- Hands‑on experience building full‑stack features.
- Familiarity with Python web frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy.
