About the role

ClickUp is looking for a senior professional to own and scale its social media strategy across multiple platforms. The role blends deep platform expertise with the creation of AI‑driven workflows that automate content distribution, engagement, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute platform‑native strategies for X, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging channels, shaping voice, format, and engagement tactics.
• Develop AI‑powered systems and automated workflows for monitoring, responding, and distributing content at scale.
• Identify trends, cultural moments, and high‑value conversations, and act quickly to engage.
• Build feedback loops that turn performance data into strategic adjustments.
• Partner with content creators, influencer teams, and brand to amplify their work through automated processes.
• Establish, track, and report on social growth KPIs with clear attribution.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of social media strategy experience with proven platform‑specific success.
• 2+ years designing and operating AI‑driven automation for social execution.
• Data‑obsessed mindset: builds dashboards, runs experiments, iterates on signals.
• Strong strategic thinker who can take ideas from concept to measurable outcomes independently.
