Staff Program Manager

About the role

Airbnb is looking for a Staff Program Manager to lead high‑impact, cross‑functional technology programs that drive operational excellence across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans and ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic, tech‑wide programs from planning and scoping through execution and impact measurement.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to align on goals, drive coordinated effort, and facilitate regular leadership meetings.
• Communicate program strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels, providing updates, soliciting feedback, and removing blockers.
• Use industry‑standard project‑management tools to maintain transparency, track milestones, and report outcomes.

Required profile

• 12+ years of program‑management experience in technology companies, delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives on time and within scope.
• Exceptional strategic communication skills; able to synthesize complex discussions into clear, actionable insights.
• Proven ability to influence and build trust across multiple teams and senior leaders.
• Comfortable thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and adapting plans as needed.
