About the role
The Staff Product Manager, Experimentation will own product strategy and roadmap for FanDuel's experimentation capabilities, enabling high‑velocity, data‑driven testing across marketing. You will partner with MarTech, Data, and Analytics teams to translate vision into actionable plans.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the experimentation product roadmap, translating business needs into clear requirements and technical specifications.
- Advance AI‑enabled experiment workflows and reinforcement‑learning capabilities.
- Partner with data science and engineering to define data requirements, ensure infrastructure, and enable rapid feedback loops.
- Define and enforce experimentation guardrails such as frequency caps, exposure limits, and statistical validity thresholds.
- Write PRDs, run discovery, and ship incrementally while balancing platform investment against marketing needs.
- Drive adoption of experimentation capabilities across the organization and embed a culture of data‑driven testing.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of product management or strategy experience, preferably in platform or infrastructure roles.
- Proven track record shipping complex, cross‑functional products with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong quantitative fluency, comfortable defining metrics and interpreting statistical analysis.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to influence senior leadership without authority.
- Experience working in regulated or high‑stakes consumer environments (gaming, fintech, healthcare).
