Staff Pharmacist

About the role

NeighboRx Pharmacy is looking for an experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our fast‑paced team. You will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and dispensing prescriptions while providing patients with clear medication guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Read and verify incoming prescriptions for accuracy, suitability, and potential drug interactions.
• Dispense medications, compound when required, and ensure proper labeling.
• Educate patients on dosage, side effects, storage, and interactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy files.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock according to regulatory standards.
• Keep the pharmacy environment clean, safe, and compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
• Oversee licensing, continuing education, and regulatory registrations for the pharmacy.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with a valid state license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, customer‑focused setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
