About the role

We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in the United States. The role involves delivering comprehensive patient care, accurately dispensing prescriptions, and providing health counseling in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescription orders with accuracy and speed.
• Administer immunizations and counsel members on medication and health needs.
• Maintain confidential patient information and controlled‑substance documentation.
• Guide associates on member‑service approaches to resolve complaints within company standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety procedures.
• Analyze reports, implement loss‑prevention and safety controls, and oversee quality‑assurance reviews.
• Develop and execute action plans for company programs and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain required records in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
