Staff Pharmacist – Full Time

About the role

Join CVS Health as a Staff Pharmacist and help deliver a compassionate, convenient health experience to customers in a retail pharmacy setting. You will work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure safe, accurate dispensing and provide patient‑focused care.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately while supervising pharmacy workflow.
• Act as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts, coaching staff and monitoring performance metrics.
• Provide patient counseling, address medication and insurance issues, and deliver immunizations.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, with special attention to cold‑chain products and overall stock control.
• Support the pharmacy team in delivering empathetic, patient‑centered service.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a pharmacy team.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on safety and compliance.
