Staff Infrastructure/DevSecOps Engineer (TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly)

About the role

ARKA Group is seeking a Staff Infrastructure/DevSecOps Engineer to join its King of Prussia, PA site. The role involves delivering a complex software application into operations and collaborating with a talented team to enhance the national security space enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes‑based platforms and deployment pipelines.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (or GCP/Azure) and automate provisioning using IaC tools.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows with GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Create and maintain Helm charts and Argo CD configurations for application delivery.
• Write automation scripts in Bash and Python to support operational tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including security and agile development groups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure/DevOps or related roles.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a fully adjudicated Full‑Scope Polygraph.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for virtual or remote team collaboration.

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation.

• Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana.
• Security certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CASP+ (IAT Level II/III).
