Staff ERP Developer

About the role

The Staff ERP Developer will act as a technical leader shaping the future of enterprise ERP development in a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment. Based in the United States, you will design scalable SAP solutions, drive modern development practices, and support critical business operations across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for SAP development initiatives, ensuring high‑quality, scalable solutions.
• Design and develop custom SAP applications using OOP ABAP, RAP, OData services, CDS Views, AMDP, BRF+, and Custom Fields & Logic.
• Establish and enforce Clean Core governance to minimize unnecessary system modifications.
• Lead technical discussions and coordinate deliveries with integration partners during S/4HANA upgrades and large‑scale implementations.
• Define development standards, code‑quality practices, and secure deployment processes.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks, including ABAP Unit testing.
• Create productivity tools using SAP ADT, VS Code integrations, scripts, and AI‑assisted development technologies.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and provide production support throughout the software lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior SAP professional with deep technical expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to lead architectural decisions and drive modernization initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for building next‑generation technology foundations.
