Staff Engineer

About the role

Reveleer is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the design and implementation of core software patterns for its unified platform that supports health plans and provider organizations in value‑based care. This senior, hands‑on position will drive the modernization of the stack, expand distributed development, and embed data‑driven and AI capabilities across the product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Own and solve the most complex technical challenges, ensuring reliability, performance and delivery speed.
• Design, develop and evolve core technical patterns, cloud‑native architectures, APIs and multi‑tenant SaaS components.
• Provide hands‑on guidance through pair programming, design reviews and code reviews.
• Mentor engineers, establish clear coding standards and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders on high‑risk, high‑impact projects and align technical decisions with the 2026 roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven senior technical leadership with a track record of delivering large‑scale software systems.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, able to identify gaps and intervene proactively.
• Experience guiding teams through design, implementation and code quality best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with cross‑functional stakeholders.
