Stability Technician I – Laboratory Support

About the role

Certified Group, a leading provider of laboratory testing and certification services, is seeking a Stability Technician I to support stability studies for a range of regulated products. The role involves handling stability samples, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with GMP, ICH, FDA, and USP guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and distribute stability samples at testing intervals to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure all samples are pulled and submitted in a timely manner.
• Track completed stability study samples for proper discard.
• Monitor and maintain Stability Chamber inventory using Stability LIMS.
• Comply with safety and regulatory guidelines such as GMP, ICH, FDA, USP, and internal SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School diploma required; some college or bachelor's degree preferred.
• No prior stability experience required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime or some Saturdays as needed.
• Adaptability to improve company processes.

Required skills

• Experience with Stability LIMS for inventory management.
• Knowledge of GMP, ICH, FDA, USP regulations and SOP compliance.
