About the role
The Senior Service Technician for the Battery team at Greystar is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of residential properties in Phoenix, Arizona. This role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Conduct preventative maintenance across the property to reduce future defects.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and ensuring all work is completed before new move‑ins.
Required profile
- Proven experience in building or property maintenance, preferably in a residential setting.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, maintenance manuals and safety codes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering quality workmanship.
